how do I know if my images are of a high enough quality?
If you are supplying images with your order, where possible, please provide original full-scale files, as opposed to screenshots or heavily compressed files. If the images you provide are not of high enough quality, we will reach out to address the issue. If you are at all unsure, please contact us using the form below, and we’ll be happy to help.
How long will my item take to arrive?
We exclusively ship via Royal Mail First Class, which aims for a 1-2 working day delivery time. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day, but can take up to 2 working days with more complex designs and custom orders. Should your item take longer than 10 working days to arrive, please contact us immediately.
Do your mugs come with a box?
All of our mug orders come bubble-wrapped in a smash-proof cardboard box. Please see individual listings for details. Due to our delivery method, we do not currently offer gift wrapping.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final sale, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
As we dispatch our orders the next working day, please ensure that you cancel any orders as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after ordering. Please get in touch with us if you have any concerns.
What should I do if my mug arrives damaged?
We package your purchase in a smash-proof box fully capable of withstanding the normal delivery process. Should your item for whatever reason be damaged on arrival, just message us right away and we'll make it right. Your happiness is 100% guaranteed.
